This newly built manor house in Kent was designed as a refined sanctuary for a young family, seamlessly blending contemporary interiors with timeless architectural details. Created in collaboration with Julia Dolina from Ch.Archteam design studio, the project embodies a shared vision of sophistication and comfort, where every element is thoughtfully curated to enhance the way the family lives and interacts within the space.

The property features four elegantly appointed bedrooms, six spa-like bathrooms, and two thoughtfully designed living spaces. The layout strikes a perfect balance between expansive open-plan living and intimate, layered interiors, catering to both everyday moments and formal entertaining.

Crafted with natural materials, the interiors exude warmth and understated luxury. Whitewashed wood cladding, custom joinery, and floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light, while statement pieces and curated textures add depth and visual intrigue.
